FUNDING FOR A COURSE OR CONFERENCE
Use this form for an application for funding to attend a practical or similar course or to attend an academic conference
FUNDING FOR ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Use this form to apply for funding to support an university academic qualification or part thereof. Examples include Modules of Maters' degrees, University apprenticeships etc.
FUNDING FOR RESEARCH PROJECT
Use this form to apply for support for a local research project. Examples include pump-priming grants, purchase of equipment for research and funding for research nurse or statistical support etc.
ANYTHING ELSE
We are happy to consider applications for anything that can benefit orthopaedic patients in Liverpool or the staff that look after them. If your application does not fit with any of the above, use this form.
